20 to go........

Really enjoyed that run today. Cold, clear and dry. Fantastic. Up early and out meant the day wad mine. Thanks Harry for the 5am wake up call but do wish you would go back your own bed. The extrA hour and half sleep I wanted would have been nice. I still would got up at 7 for 7:30 start. Countdown begins.

Happy birthday Harrry. 

My Lille boy is 3 today so it is all about him today. Presents, party and lots of fun. Long run can wait; today is about this little man. To watch you run around and play games with your friends makes me so happy. 

My thoughts are with families who don't have a child who can move and play freely with spontaneity. This is why I am running the marathon. The chance for a child to be independent and happy; the family the opportunity to do what we all love HAVE FUN TOGETHER. 

Reality Came Home

Wow! Today was a chance to meet fellow Whizz Kidz runners. What an inspiring yet daunting day. To hear from someone so brave who has really appreciates what Whiz Kidz did for them and help them turn their life around was inspiring. Then the reality hit home! The run, the course and the training. The seminar was amazing. Loads of information but most of tip bits to help improve training. Left you feeling wow I could really do this if I prepare properly.
